Application Support Analyst
About The Role:
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Analysis and administration of the transaction flow and individual transactions using Oracle SQL, Postman and Open Search
Maintenance of the business-critical payment services
Interaction with the partners about transaction flows
Prompt incident response
Creating and managing incident reports
Guidance and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents
Provisioning, monitoring, and detection of problems and faults in payment services
Making decisions regarding payments
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence)
A bachelor's degree is preferred
Focus on problem-solving
Ability to multitask
Basic skills of any programming language are a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL is essential
Experience with Grafana
Linux, network, or cloud administration experience
Experience with OpenSearch is a plus
Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology relevant to the fintech industry
Ability to solve general issues
Advanced English language skills
