Application Support Analyst
About The Role:

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Analysis and administration of the transaction flow and individual transactions using Oracle SQL, Postman and Open Search
Maintenance of the business-critical payment services
Interaction with the partners about transaction flows
Prompt incident response
Creating and managing incident reports
Guidance and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents
Provisioning, monitoring, and detection of problems and faults in payment services
Making decisions regarding payments
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
Must-have
Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to query, troubleshoot, and analyze data)
Experience working with Linux environments
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
Exposure to cloud, networking, or system administration
Basic programming/scripting skills (any language)
Experience with OpenSearch or similar tools
Understanding of financial processes or fintech domain
Profile
Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Structured thinker with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
