Application Support Analyst

About The Role:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Analysis and administration of the transaction flow and individual transactions using Oracle SQL, Postman and Open Search

  • Maintenance of the business-critical payment services

  • Interaction with the partners about transaction flows

  • Prompt incident response

  • Creating and managing incident reports

  • Guidance and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents

  • Provisioning, monitoring, and detection of problems and faults in payment services

  • Making decisions regarding payments

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence)

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Focus on problem-solving

  • Ability to multitask

  • Basic skills of any programming language are a plus

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is essential

  • Experience with Grafana

  • Linux, network, or cloud administration experience 

  • Experience with OpenSearch is a plus

  • Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology relevant to the fintech industry

  • Ability to solve general issues

  • Advanced English language skills
