About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will own our Quality Assurance function and help take our product quality to the next level.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and drive QA strategy across the company. You’ll lead a growing team of QA and automation engineers, partner closely with the CTO and engineering leadership, and play a key role in shaping how quality is embedded throughout our development lifecycle.

The role includes quarterly travel to our technology hub in Belgrade for in-person collaboration with the CTO and engineering team.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Lead and scale the QA automation function across the company
Define and implement QA best practices, ensuring quality is built in from day one
Build and manage a QA team, supporting both manual and automated testing
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve test coverage, processes, and reliability
Own the development and evolution of test frameworks, environments, and tooling
Work closely with the CTO and Leadership team to align QA strategy with broader tech goals
Champion a culture of quality across the company
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role
3+ years leading QA or test automation teams in a tech-driven environment
Strong programming background (.NET, Java, or similar) with ability to design and implement automation solutions
Strong background in manual and automated testing within CI/CD environments
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
Experience across backend, web, and/or mobile platforms
Strategic mindset with hands-on capability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
