Enterprise Transaction Monitoring Agent

About The Role:

We are looking for a Transaction Monitoring Agent to join our Enterprise
team. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and integrity of our financial
ecosystem by monitoring live transactions, identifying potential risks, and
working closely with partners to resolve issues.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Monitor live transactions in real time, detecting unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to investigate and resolve alerts.
  • Use SQL and data analysis tools to extract, review, and interpret transactional data.
  • Apply analytical thinking to assess potential fraud or financial crime risks.
  • Document findings clearly and escalate cases when necessary


What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with SQL (querying, extracting, and analyzing data) - basic knowledge of SQL is essential
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work a structured day shift (12/2 schedule)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of AML rules and regulations
  • Previous experience in fraud prevention, financial crime, or transaction monitoring
