About the Role: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Processing & Project Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role includes both routine operational tasks within the processing back office and participation in broader project and analytical initiatives.
This role requires a deep dive into the specifics of product performance, focusing on product improvements and monitoring various key business metrics.This role also involves participation in product development projects in the area of payment gateways and methods, potential interaction with both external partners of the company and internal divisions of the company

What You'll Do (Responsibilities): 

Routine Back Office Operations - 40% of workload

• Perform regular configuration and maintenance of processing system settings.
• Set up new payment providers/ IDs
• Modify and maintain existing provider setups.
• Customize and update client tariffs and FX markups.
  
  

Project & Analytical Work – 60% of the workload

• Participate in testing of new gateways as an internal tester.
• Act as a project manager or contributor in cross-functional network projects.
• Extract and analyze data from databases to address business-specific questions not covered by standard reporting tools; prepare ad-hoc reports and insights.
  

• Communicate with external partners and maintain strong working relationships.
• Analyze business metrics and identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, marketing, business development, and finance.
  

What You'll Need To Be Successful In The Role:

• Proven experience in fintech projects, particularly in back office or processing domains.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience working closely with IT teams and understanding of technical project workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with databases and Excel/BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
